Position Overview

Stranger Soccer is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as the Operator & License Owner in Riyadh. This pivotal role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our soccer facility while ensuring strict adherence to all licensing and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the soccer facility, including scheduling, maintenance, and resource allocation to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.
• Licensing Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local and national licensing regulations, including health, safety, and operational standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive and cohesive work environment.
• Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all visitors.
• Facility Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the condition of the facility, equipment, and infrastructure to uphold safety standards and enhance the user experience.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and revenue growth.
• Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for staff, customers, and visitors, in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Community Engagement: Represent Stranger Soccer in the local community by participating in events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives to strengthen brand presence and foster goodwill.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in sports management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, relevant experience in operations or facility management may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a sports facility, recreational center, or similar environment. Prior experience in licensing compliance is highly advantageous.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with facility management software, scheduling tools, and basic accounting principles is beneficial.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to ensure effective communication and compliance with local regulations.
• Certifications: Valid certifications in health and safety, first aid, or relevant operational standards are a plus.
