Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Utilize A/B testing and performance analytics to refine strategies continuously.
• SEO & SEM Optimization: Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads, to ensure cost-effective lead generation and ROI optimization.
• Social Media Leadership: Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community management to build brand loyalty and foster meaningful interactions with our audience. Monitor trends and leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok to enhance engagement.
• Content Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Manage content calendars, ensure consistency in messaging, and measure content performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders to demonstrate progress and identify opportunities for growth.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact. Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in digital marketing with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required, though advanced certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in:

• Digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
• Data-driven decision-making with a strong grasp of analytics and reporting tools.
