Accenture is seeking a dynamic and results-driven SC&E (Supply Chain & Operations Excellence) Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an SC&E Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, process optimization, and digital transformation to deliver transformative solutions that align with business objectives and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

The SC&E Consultant will play a critical role in shaping and executing supply chain and operations initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Supply Chain Design: Develop and implement tailored supply chain strategies that enhance resilience, agility, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring alignment with client-specific goals and industry best practices.
• Process Optimization & Transformation: Analyze existing supply chain and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Design and deploy innovative solutions—such as lean methodologies, automation, and digital tools—to streamline operations and drive measurable performance gains.
• Digital Supply Chain Integration: Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, IoT, blockchain, and advanced analytics, to modernize supply chain operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these technologies into existing frameworks, fostering data-driven decision-making and predictive capabilities.
• Demand & Inventory Management: Optimize demand forecasting models and inventory strategies to reduce excess stock, minimize shortages, and improve service levels. Implement advanced planning systems (APS) and inventory optimization tools to enhance visibility and control across the supply chain.
• Sustainability & Risk Mitigation: Champion sustainable supply chain practices by evaluating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. Develop risk management frameworks to address disruptions, geopolitical challenges, and supply chain vulnerabilities, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, analytical prowess, and consultative acumen. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain consulting, operations management, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects in diverse industries.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain frameworks, including end-to-end process design, logistics optimization, and procurement strategies. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Experience with AI/ML and automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional collaboration, fostering innovation, and managing change within organizations.
