Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Training Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking training strategy that supports Red Sea Global’s long-term vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Program Design and Development: Lead the creation, customization, and implementation of high-impact training programs tailored to the unique needs of our workforce, including leadership development, technical skills enhancement, and soft skills training.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to identify training gaps, assess organizational needs, and integrate training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
• Training Delivery and Facilitation: Oversee the delivery of training programs through a mix of in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches, ensuring accessibility, engagement, and knowledge retention among participants.
• Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine programs and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
• Talent Development: Mentor and coach training professionals within the team, fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring the continuous upskilling of training staff to meet evolving organizational demands.
• Innovation and Technology Integration: Stay abreast of emerging trends in learning technologies, such as e-learning platforms, AI-driven training tools, and immersive learning experiences, to enhance program delivery and scalability.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all training programs adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Red Sea Global’s internal policies, maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ATD, SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in training and development, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or leadership role. Experience in the hospitality, real estate, or large-scale development sectors is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), instructional design methodologies, and training needs analysis tools. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to measure training effectiveness is essential.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management capabilities and a passion for fostering a culture of learning are critical.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
