As our Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting functions for the Red Sea International Airport. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions, optimize financial performance, and collaborate with high-performing industry leaders.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes, developing and maintaining financial models to support operational performance and commercial growth initiatives.
• Produce comprehensive management reports, including P&L statements, variance analysis, KPIs, and executive dashboards, while analyzing financial trends and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to operational and commercial teams, supporting strategic decisions, contract reviews, pricing strategies, and new initiatives.
• Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities, conducting financial assessments to guide investment decisions and track project progress.
• Collaborate with HR to track and report on headcount, FTEs, and workforce-related costs, integrating headcount planning into the budgeting and forecasting process.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• Saudi nationality
• Chartered Accountant qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in finance, preferably within the aviation, transport, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
