As a vital member of our esteemed property, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming shipments and deliveries, upholding the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Shipment Management: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments and deliveries against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Accurately document the receipt of goods in our inventory management systems and maintain detailed, organized records to support operational transparency and accountability.
• Quality Control: Identify and promptly report any discrepancies, damaged items, or missing goods to management and suppliers, ensuring corrective actions are taken to maintain inventory integrity.
• Inventory Organization: Organize and store received items in designated areas following strict storage protocols, safety standards, and luxury brand guidelines to facilitate efficient retrieval and minimize waste.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized receiving area and warehouse space, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations to create an optimal working environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate delivery schedules, resolve inventory-related queries, and ensure seamless communication across all touchpoints.
• Physical Duties: Perform essential physical tasks, including unloading, moving, and organizing merchandise, as well as operating forklifts or other material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
• Inventory Audits: Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle audits to verify the accuracy of records and identify areas for process improvement.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while maintaining impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards aligned with the ultra-luxury brand ethos of Raffles The Red Sea.

Qualifications & Skills

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in a Receiving Clerk, warehouse associate, or similar inventory management role, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong data entry and basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory management systems is highly desirable.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly, as well as the stamina to work in a fast-paced warehouse or receiving environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of inventory control procedures, best practices, and safety protocols, with prior experience in the hospitality industry considered a valuable asset.
• Project Coordination: Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control, particularly during pre-opening phases, is essential for this role.
