Join Raffles The Red Sea, a luxury resort nestled in the stunning coastal city of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, as our Storekeeper. This role is pivotal in ensuring our resort's smooth operations and maintaining our high standards of luxury.

As a Storekeeper, you will:

• Oversee and manage our resort's storage facilities, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility of supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records using our computerized inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies, as well as prepare reports on inventory levels and usage patterns.
• Process requisitions and distribute supplies to various departments within the resort, collaborating with the purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for all items, including perishables and sensitive materials, and implement safety and security procedures in storage areas.
• Assist in identifying and disposing of obsolete or damaged inventory items.

We seek candidates with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent math skills for accurate record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of proper storage techniques for various types of supplies and materials.
• Certification in inventory management (preferred) and familiarity with hospitality industry supply chain processes (preferred).
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
