The Wellness Curator at Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea delivers personalized and holistic wellness experiences, aligning with our luxury brand standards. This role combines service artistry, wellness knowledge, and guest engagement to elevate the spa and wellness journey while supporting operational excellence.

Working closely with the Wellness Supervisor, the Wellness Curator ensures seamless guest experiences, contributes to retail revenue, and builds guest relationships. • Guest Wellness Experience: Conduct professional wellness consultations, deliver refined service experiences, build guest relationships, and provide personalized guidance.
• Wellness Programming Support: Support the execution of wellness activities, workshops, and curated guest experiences.
• Retail and Revenue Contribution: Recommend retail products, support upselling, and contribute to departmental revenue goals.
• Operational Excellence: Support daily spa and wellness operations, maintain treatment rooms and wellness areas, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational protocols.
• Brand Representation: Embody our values of elegance, authenticity, and intuitive guest service.

Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Wellness, Fitness, or Holistic Health. One year of relevant experience preferred.
