Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and guest-centric role, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Guest Service Excellence: Deliver attentive and professional service to guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized assistance in the spa, fitness, and wellness areas.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the spa and fitness facilities, ensuring a pristine environment for guests and team members alike.
• Preparation and Support: Prepare treatment rooms, fitness spaces, and equipment for guest use, ensuring all amenities are in optimal condition and ready for service.
• Safety and Compliance: Monitor the safety and condition of all equipment, report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly, and adhere to all operating and emergency procedures to uphold the highest standards of guest and team member safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently within a diverse and collaborative team, supporting colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Shift Flexibility: Embrace a flexible schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and varying shifts to meet the operational demands of the resort.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for luxury hospitality and guest service. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment, with a strong understanding of high-end guest service standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support the resort’s operational needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering personalized, attentive service to guests from diverse backgrounds.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency in all areas of responsibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large and diverse team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Basic knowledge of spa or fitness equipment and safety protocols is a plus, though full training will be provided.
