Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Instructor will be responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to the academic and professional development of nursing students. These responsibilities include:
- Clinical Teaching and Supervision:
- Oversee and mentor nursing students during clinical rotations, laboratory sessions, simulation activities, and practical training to ensure they apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings.
- Model and demonstrate safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing practices in clinical environments, setting a professional standard for students to emulate.

- Academic and Administrative Duties:
- Participate actively in student assessment processes, including grading, performance reviews, and final evaluations, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Prepare detailed course reports and maintain meticulous records of academic and clinical documentation, including attendance, evaluations, and student progress.
- Submit grades, attendance records, evaluations, and reports in a timely manner to support academic administration and compliance with institutional standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of nursing courses, aligning curriculum with industry best practices and evolving healthcare needs.
- Professional Conduct and Collaboration:
- Uphold institutional policies, clinical regulations, and ethical standards in all teaching and professional activities to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with faculty members, healthcare partners, and multidisciplinary clinical teams to foster a cohesive and supportive educational ecosystem.

Requirements and Competencies
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

- At least one year of hands-on clinical nursing experience in a reputable healthcare setting.
