At Parsons, we empower you to thrive, work with exceptional people, and be yourself. We're seeking a highly skilled Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join our project team in Tabuk. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between construction completion and operational handover, ensuring diverse MEP systems and infrastructure assets operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved design specifications, international codes, and client requirements.

• Review and approve contractor T&C plans, methodologies, and checklists.
• Witness and supervise FAT, SAT, and operational integrated systems tests.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and identify system deficiencies.
• Review and validate comprehensive T&C documentation.
• Collaborate with construction managers, quality assurance teams, design engineers, and client's operational staff.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years of experience (4+ years in T&C), and familiarity with international standards and commissioning guidelines.

Desired: Strong English communication skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong safety-first mindset, and resilience to lead operations in the Tabuk region.
