Lead Cost Engineer

As our Lead Cost Engineer, you will oversee comprehensive cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and change control processes for multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and building packages. Your strategic insights and precision will ensure the project's timely and budget-conscious delivery.

• Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain project cost control systems, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct monthly variance analyses and provide early warnings on potential budget risks.
• Oversee change management workflow, ensuring accurate evaluation and incorporation of scope changes.
• Prepare and present high-level financial reports and executive summaries.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cost engineers.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cost engineering. Preferred certifications include CCP, EVP, or RICS/AACE.

Desired Skills: Advanced proficiency in project controls software, expert-level Excel capabilities, strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to relocate and work on-site in Tabuk, KSA.
