Parsons, a global leader in engineering, construction, technical, and management services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Head of Welfare & Wellbeing for a transformative giga-project in the Tabuk region. This executive-level role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing world-class worker welfare and community wellbeing strategies that align with international standards and Vision 2030 objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in workforce welfare, human rights compliance, or HSE management, with a minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in mega-project environments. A deep understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and the social dynamics of multinational labor forces is essential for this role.

The Head of Welfare & Wellbeing will define and elevate the overarching Welfare & Wellbeing framework, oversee daily operations of worker accommodations, medical clinics, catering, recreational facilities, and mental health support systems. Additionally, the role involves establishing rigorous audit mechanisms, serving as the principal advisor on workforce crises, and collaborating with key stakeholders to champion a culture of care.

To thrive in this high-pressure, fast-paced environment, candidates should possess authoritative leadership, cultural intelligence, an analytical mindset, and exceptional resilience. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with relevant professional certifications, is highly preferred.
