Finance Manager / Financial Controller - Strategic Transformation Role

IHR is partnering with a prominent government entity in Saudi Arabia to recruit seasoned Finance professionals for a transformative initiative focused on enhancing financial management and control. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic change and strengthen financial governance.

Job Purpose: Lead financial management and control activities while spearheading the transition from Cash Basis to Accrual Basis accounting. This role is instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving financial excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage the implementation of the Cash Basis to Accrual Basis accounting transition.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Support financial governance and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with auditors and key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance or Financial Control.
• Proven experience in Cash Basis to Accrual Basis transformation.
• Previous experience in the Healthcare sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial controls, and governance.

Contract Details:

• Contract Duration: One year, renewable based on project requirements.
