About the Role

Saudi German Health is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Senior Manager to lead the RCM function across facilities in the Mecca and Madinah regions. This pivotal role is responsible for driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and aligning hospital operations with corporate leadership to enhance financial performance and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will oversee efficient billing, claims management, collections, payer relations, and revenue optimization while fostering collaboration between clinical, operational, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee regional RCM operations across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring consistency in processes and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Process Standardization: Drive front-end revenue cycle standardization, ensuring adherence to best practices, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and corporate RCM teams to maintain operational alignment, resolve challenges, and enhance patient financial processes.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve key RCM performance indicators, including registration accuracy, authorization management, claim submission, collections, denials, and cash flow to maximize revenue capture.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue capture, reduce revenue leakage, and improve reimbursement outcomes while ensuring compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze RCM performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop regional RCM teams to foster high performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal governance standards across all facilities.
  • Organizational Growth: Support system implementations, process transformation projects, and organizational growth initiatives related to revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience within hospital settings in Saudi Arabia, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations, healthcare reimbursement models, and payer regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Medical background is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing multi-site healthcare operations and leading cross-functional teams to achieve financial and operational excellence.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and deliver measurable financial and operational results.
