Lead Regional RCM Operations

The RCM Partner Senior Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and standardizing revenue cycle processes across multiple healthcare facilities in the Madinah and Mecca region. This role ensures consistent RCM practices, enhances financial outcomes, and supports strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional RCM operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and corporate RCM teams to align operations and performance.
  • Monitor and improve key RCM performance indicators, including registration accuracy, authorization management, claim submission, collections, denials, and cash flow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue capture, reduce revenue leakage, and improve reimbursement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance stakeholders to enhance patient financial processes.
  • Analyze RCM performance data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional RCM teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Support organizational growth initiatives, system implementations, and process transformation projects related to revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) is required.
  • Medical background is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience within hospital settings in Saudi Arabia.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle operations, healthcare reimbursement models, and payer regulations in KSA.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site healthcare operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and deliver measurable financial and operational results.
