Raffles The Red Sea, nestled in the picturesque coastal city of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a meticulous and efficient Account Payable professional to strengthen our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our valued vendors and suppliers.

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Maintain accurate financial records and vendor information
• Reconcile account statements and resolve payment discrepancies
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Assist in month-end closing procedures
• Respond to vendor inquiries and address account issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Collaborate with departments to enhance processes and maintain financial accuracy
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as needed
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with electronic payment systems and online banking platforms
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and accounting standards (preferred)
