Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager at Parsons, you will be entrusted with a wide range of critical responsibilities, including:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all project activities comply with local and international regulations, as well as Parsons’ stringent safety and quality protocols.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project reports, including progress updates, financial analyses, and risk assessments, for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Team Development: Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success in high-pressure environments.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, regulatory compliance, and industry trends in the Middle East, particularly in Tabuk and surrounding regions.
