In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to the overall success of our transformative destination. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and handling guest inquiries and complaints.
• Assisting with the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring brand standards are met, and implementing changes based on feedback.
• Working closely with other outlet associates and departments to achieve overall hotel success.
• Presenting menus, taking orders, serving items, and upselling beverages to increase revenue.
• Maintaining par stocks, preparing 'mis-en-place', clearing counters, and ensuring all beverages are stored and served according to hotel standards.
• Assisting with bar stock inventory, submitting replenishment requests, and performing cashier duties as required.
• Adhering to all policies and procedures, and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
