Key Responsibilities

This pivotal role will establish and elevate the finance business partnering function within the Mobility Team, ensuring alignment between financial insights and operational execution. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in accounting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business decisions. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives, including business expansion, cost transformation, and investment analysis. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles in alignment with organizational goals.
• Business Partnering & Performance Analysis: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and operational teams, providing actionable financial insights, variance analyses, and scenario planning to drive informed decision-making. Establish dynamic financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Deliver high-quality, insightful financial reporting to executive leadership and support group reporting requirements. Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard organizational assets and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to enhance cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes analytical rigor and drives continuous improvement across the finance function.
• Innovation & Process Optimization: Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives, including the evaluation of new technologies and sustainable solutions. Streamline financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency within the subsidiary.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong foundation in accounting (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent). Prior experience in operationally intensive environments is highly desirable, as is a track record of driving financial performance through strategic insights and business partnering. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
