Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Craft and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives in the real estate sector.
• Paid Media Management: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media channels, and other digital avenues to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage and enhance digital marketing channels such as social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and content distribution to engage target audiences effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and development teams to align marketing initiatives with project launches, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance meticulously, analyze key metrics, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets with a focus on cost-effective campaign execution, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Agency & Vendor Supervision: Lead and supervise external agencies, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on the real estate development sector.
• Paid Media Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, including performance marketing strategies.
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms to track and measure campaign success.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Saudi real estate market is highly advantageous, enabling the candidate to tailor strategies to local trends and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous:

• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Paid Media, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience in launching and marketing real estate projects from inception to completion.
• A strong grasp of customer acquisition strategies and lead generation techniques to drive sustainable growth.
