As a Residential Experience Host, you will be the primary point of contact for Homeowners and rental guests, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences throughout their stay within our residential community. This role combines elements of Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Homeowner Liaison, and Lifestyle Services, making it a unique and exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for Homeowners and guests, creating a welcoming and personalized environment.
• Deliver highly personalized and anticipatory service experiences, anticipating needs through observation, communication, and relationship building.
• Coordinate seamless arrival and departure experiences, including transportation and luggage coordination, and ensure accurate posting of charges and billing information.
• Coordinate personalized amenities and special touches based on preferences and occasions, reflecting luxury residential hospitality standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to Homeowner and guest requests, handling incidents and service recovery situations immediately and escalating where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Digital Concierge Services to facilitate bookings, activities, and experiences, and maintain exceptional grooming, etiquette, and professional presentation standards.
