Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring seamless functionality across devices and browsers.
• Assist in the creation of reusable UI components and front-end features to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
• Translate UI/UX design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web pages that adhere to design specifications.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness to deliver a consistent user experience.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance to meet industry standards and user expectations.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital solutions.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and team meetings to contribute to project success.
• Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and web services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Code Quality and Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and development best practices.
• Follow coding conventions and participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues efficiently, leveraging browser developer tools and testing methodologies.
• Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of digital products.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in front-end development.
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development or web development, including internships, freelance projects, academic work, or personal initiatives.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and their application in real-world projects.
• Familiarity with Git version control to manage code repositories and collaborate effectively with teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a strong grasp of core concepts and modern features.
• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular to build dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
• Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS to streamline development and ensure design consistency.
