As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Junior Front-End Developer to join our remote-first team. This role is ideal for early-career developers looking to launch their front-end development journey.

Your Role

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with experienced developers, designers, and product teams to build responsive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences.
• Develop your technical expertise while contributing to our projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Assist in building reusable UI components and interactive user interfaces.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and responsive web applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications, and assist in implementing new features.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues, and maintain compatibility across modern browsers and devices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding standards and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in front-end development or web development (internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience is encouraged).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Basic experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Understanding of responsive web design principles and familiarity with responsive CSS frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git version control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing personal, academic, or portfolio web projects.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and state management libraries.
• Experience working with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
