You will work within the Recreation & Entertainment department, reporting to the Recreation Manager or Kids Club Manager, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities to elevate the guest experience and drive operational excellence:

• Guest Experience Leadership:

  Oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of daily recreational and entertainment activities tailored for guests of all ages. Ensure activities are engaging, well-organized, and aligned with the resort’s high standards of luxury and hospitality. Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, creating an environment where families feel welcomed, entertained, and valued.

• Program Development and Innovation:

  Curate a diverse range of activities that cater to varied interests, including fitness, wellness, adventure, cultural, educational, and social pursuits. Develop personalized experiences for guests celebrating special occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries, to create lasting memories. Continuously gather guest feedback to refine and enhance program offerings, ensuring they exceed expectations.

• Team Management and Mentorship:

  Supervise and mentor a team of activity coordinators and guides, providing clear direction, motivation, and support. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment through regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Ensure your team is equipped with the necessary resources, training, and knowledge to deliver activities safely and professionally.

• Operational Excellence:

  Coordinate seamlessly with other resort departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience. Monitor activity schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation to maintain high standards of service and safety. Address any operational challenges proactively to minimize disruptions and maximize guest satisfaction.

• Safety and Compliance:

  Uphold rigorous safety protocols and industry standards to ensure the well-being of all guests and team members. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions to mitigate potential hazards and maintain a secure environment. Stay informed about local regulations and best practices to ensure full compliance with all legal and organizational requirements.

• Brand Representation:

  Serve as an ambassador for Red Sea Global Hospitality and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, embodying the brand’s values of Respect, Responsibility, Passion, and Collaboration. Represent the resort with professionalism and pride, ensuring that every interaction reflects the organization’s commitment to excellence and sustainability.

Who You Are

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as a Kids Club Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality, recreation, or entertainment industry, with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Recreational Program Expertise: In-depth knowledge of activity planning, event coordination, and recreational program development, with a keen eye for innovation and guest engagement.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with guests, team members, and senior leadership. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Commitment to Safety and Compliance: A strong understanding of safety protocols, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Passion for Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a dedication to creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages. Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the resort’s values.
