Key Responsibilities

The Logistics Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics workflow, including procurement, inventory control, transportation, and distribution. Your core duties will encompass:

• Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the procurement of materials and resources required for project execution, ensuring timely availability while optimizing cost efficiency.
• Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement strategies to minimize waste and shortages.
• Transportation Coordination: Liaise with transportation providers to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise during transit.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage essential logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, customs declarations, and compliance reports, adhering to local and international regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and external partners to align logistics activities with project objectives and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or vocational training in logistics will be considered an advantage.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar operational role within a corporate or industrial setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel). Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
