Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Efficiently process orders using the property’s Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all details are correctly entered to avoid errors and delays in food preparation.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between guests and the kitchen, relaying orders clearly and confirming any modifications to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with room service attendants, chefs, and other staff to coordinate order fulfillment, maintain workflow efficiency, and uphold Marriott’s service standards.
• Upselling Opportunities: Proactively suggest menu items, beverages, or special promotions to enhance the guest experience while contributing to revenue growth.
• Compliance and Standards: Adhere to Marriott’s hygiene, safety, and service protocols, including proper handling of food, equipment, and guest information in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure swift resolution and guest retention.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with prior experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, though multilingual abilities are a valuable asset.
