We're seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner – Financial Planning & Analysis to support our Middle East manufacturing operations.

Your Role: Strategic Finance in Action

• Serve as a key decision-making partner to plant operations, collaborating with Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Supply Chain, and G&A departments.
• Translate financial insights into actionable decisions, influencing vehicle production performance.
• Manage headcount plans, monitor trainee pipeline costs, and provide clear variance analysis.
• Act as an embedded finance partner, supporting operational reviews and challenging spending decisions.
• Lead monthly forecasting, support annual budgeting, and maintain financial models for scenario planning.
• Ensure budget compliance, support month-end close activities, and drive process improvements.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency strongly preferred.
• 3-6 years of finance experience, including FP&A, ideally in manufacturing.
