Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Officer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Insurance Officer will be responsible for a wide range of duties designed to streamline insurance processes and enhance operational efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Policy Management and Reconciliation: Conduct daily reconciliation of insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor active contracts to guarantee timely renewals and address any discrepancies promptly.
• Claims Processing: Oversee the processing of Total Loss transactions, including the preparation of ownership transfer letters for insurance companies. Follow up diligently with insurance providers and aggregators to resolve claims and ensure timely settlements.
• Invoice Review and Coordination: Review and verify invoices received from insurance companies to ensure they align with contractual agreements and company policies. Collaborate with internal departments to settle excess amounts payable to customers, fostering transparency and trust.
• System Updates and Compliance: Maintain the TAMM system by removing actual drivers and applying necessary changes for Total Loss contracts. Ensure all restrictions are lifted in TAMM for resolved cases and coordinate with insurance companies to cancel third-party insurance where applicable.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the company, insurance providers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding industry principles and practices.
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in Insurance, Risk Management, Insurance Operations, Claims, Underwriting, or a closely related discipline. Prior exposure to Total Loss transactions and policy management will be considered an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills, enabling you to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including insurance companies and regulatory bodies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, assess risks, and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to support data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
