Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker Order Picker to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations by meticulously verifying shipments, orders, and packaging data. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining compliance with store orders, and conducting thorough quality checks to uphold our high standards of service. Key Responsibilities

• Order Verification: Ensure the accuracy of shipments by cross-referencing sales orders with invoices, packing data, and carton details. Collaborate with other Order Checkers to align all components and prevent discrepancies.
• Daily Order Review: Monitor and review the daily volume of invoices to stay informed about the orders and cartons requiring processing. This proactive approach ensures timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Carton Inspection: Verify the cartons received from Order Pickers by confirming the quantity, type of items, and expiry dates against the corresponding order invoice. This step is essential to maintain product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Post-Packing Quality Assurance: Conduct a final inspection of cartons after the packing process to ensure the accuracy of sticker data, including labels, barcodes, and other identifying information.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with fellow Order Checkers to ensure adherence to store orders manuals and scanning protocols. Effective communication and collaboration are vital to streamline operations and minimize errors.
• Complaint Resolution: Perform double-checks on store orders, including addressing and resolving complaints based on the received list. Your attention to detail will help identify and rectify discrepancies promptly.
• Additional Duties: As part of a versatile team, you may be assigned additional responsibilities to support warehouse operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position operates in a fully indoor warehouse setting, providing a controlled environment for optimal productivity. The role follows a structured schedule of six working days per week, with one designated day off. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, ensuring alignment with standard business operations.
