Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Driver-Limousine/Van to join our esteemed team at our Jubail location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, punctual, and courteous transportation of guests to and from their designated destinations using the hotel’s fleet of limousines and vans. Your commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Driver-Limousine/Van, your core duties will include:

• Guest Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from assigned destinations, ensuring punctuality, comfort, and professionalism throughout each journey.
• Trip Documentation: Accurately document all trips before departure and upon completion, including mileage, destinations, and any notable observations.
• Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles to identify any damages, cleanliness issues, or mechanical concerns. Check tire pressure, fluid levels, and fuel levels, and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel. Refuel vehicles as necessary to ensure operational readiness.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures. Report any safety hazards, accidents, or injuries immediately to management. Participate in mandatory safety training and certification programs to uphold the highest standards of operational safety.
• Incident Reporting: Document and report all vehicle-related incidents, including damages, accidents, or near-misses, providing detailed accounts to management for review and resolution.
• Professional Appearance and Conduct: Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, in accordance with company uniform and grooming standards. Treat colleagues, guests, and all stakeholders with dignity, respect, and courtesy.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the hotel’s operations. Assist in achieving quality assurance standards and upholding the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
• Physical Demands: Perform job duties that may require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Move at a pace necessary to respond to work situations, including running, walking, or jogging as required. Engage in physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.5 kg) independently, and assist with heavier items weighing over 75 pounds (33.75 kg) when necessary. Demonstrate fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to reach above the head, below the knees, and maneuver in confined or elevated spaces.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Additional certifications or endorsements for limousine/van operation are advantageous.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is not required; however, a demonstrated commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service is essential.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
• Personal Attributes: A customer-centric mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical.

Work Environment

The Driver-Limousine/Van will operate primarily within the Jubail area, with occasional trips to nearby destinations. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet operational demands. The position involves exposure to outdoor elements, varying weather conditions, and the need to maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism at all times.
