• Cross-Platform Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality marketing content tailored for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience resonance. Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling narratives that captivate and convert.
• Performance-Driven Execution: Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns—including paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads—to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Continuously optimize spend and creative assets to enhance performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights. Present clear, data-backed reports to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on business outcomes.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team by assigning tasks, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Provide guidance to team members on best practices in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution.
