Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Proactively follow up with clients to address outstanding payments and provide clear account statements, ensuring timely resolution of financial discrepancies.
• Collections Management: Conduct collection activities with professionalism, maintaining courteous and effective communication with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.
• Invoicing & Reporting: Assist in generating invoices, tracking payments, and compiling collection reports to support accurate financial record-keeping and decision-making.
• Operational Support: Contribute to daily accounting tasks and other operational finance activities as assigned by the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Client Visits & Travel: Undertake client visits and travel as required to address on-site financial inquiries, verify documentation, or support business needs, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a diploma or bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a recent graduate seeking practical experience in a corporate setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and manage financial records efficiently.
• Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles, including invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting, is considered an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to articulate financial information clearly and professionally in written and verbal communications.
• Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia, with the flexibility to accommodate travel for client visits when necessary.
