Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a seasoned and visionary Director of Hospitality Projects (Technical Services) to lead the development and execution of world-class hospitality projects in the stunning and transformative destination of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will oversee the technical and operational aspects of hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s ambitious vision to redefine luxury and sustainability in the region. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in hospitality project management, technical leadership, and a deep understanding of luxury standards to drive the successful delivery of iconic properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy for hospitality projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and sustainability. Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with Red Sea Global’s long-term goals.
• Project Oversight: Lead the end-to-end technical execution of hospitality projects, from initial design and planning to construction, commissioning, and handover. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements while maintaining uncompromising standards of excellence.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, leveraging deep knowledge of hospitality systems, infrastructure, and operational requirements. Address complex technical challenges with innovative solutions that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless collaboration and compliance. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery and mitigate risks.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality control processes to ensure all technical deliverables meet or exceed industry benchmarks. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
• Sustainability Integration: Champion sustainable practices in project design and execution, aligning with Red Sea Global’s commitment to environmental stewardship. Integrate eco-friendly technologies and materials to minimize the environmental footprint of hospitality projects.
• Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Invest in the professional growth of team members to cultivate a pipeline of future leaders.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a proven track record in hospitality project management, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required, with additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury hospitality projects, with a deep understanding of technical systems, construction methodologies, and operational workflows.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is advantageous. Strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation are critical to success in this role.
