In this dynamic role, you will lead the validation and optimization of excavation and building design packages, ensuring they meet the highest standards of completeness, technical accuracy, and constructability. Your responsibilities will span across multiple disciplines, from quantity extraction and model coordination to 4D planning and as-built analysis, ensuring seamless integration across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Validation & Model Integrity: Conduct rigorous reviews of incoming design packages to verify data completeness, geometric accuracy, and technical specifications, ensuring they align with procurement and construction requirements.
• Material Take-Off (MTO) & Quantity Management: Extract, validate, and track excavation volumes, ground support systems, structural elements, and MEP quantities with meticulous attention to detail. Monitor design revisions and provide transparent variance analyses to support informed decision-making across Technical, Estimating, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• 3D Model Development & Coordination: Develop and maintain an integrated 3D design model, incorporating real-time updates and monitoring design maturity at critical project milestones. Identify and escalate design inconsistencies, clashes, and multidisciplinary coordination gaps to the Technical Director.
• Change Management & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive traceability of design assumptions, model versions, RFIs, and changes, ensuring all documentation is systematically controlled and accessible.
• Cost & Procurement Support: Contribute to the development of cost baselines, work-package scopes, and procurement requirements by providing accurate, validated design data to inform strategic planning.
• 4D Planning & Visualization: Create 4D model outputs, construction sequence simulations, and visualizations to enhance planning, site access coordination, and delivery logistics.
• As-Built & Discrepancy Analysis: Compare as-built conditions and quantities against design specifications, identifying discrepancies and supporting assessments for remedial actions or contractual adjustments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration with Design, Technical, Construction, Procurement, Planning, and Commercial teams to translate design information into construction-ready deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
