Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our dynamic team at the prestigious W Hotels, a brand synonymous with luxury and innovation under Marriott International. Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on position, you will perform a variety of housekeeping duties with precision and care, contributing to the seamless operation of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring every detail meets our luxury brand’s expectations. This includes making beds, replenishing amenities, and addressing guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Public Space Cleanliness: Maintain the immaculate appearance of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restaurants, and recreational spaces. Your attention to detail will help create an inviting and pristine environment for guests and staff alike.
• Stock Management: Ensure housekeeping carts and supply closets are fully stocked and organized, allowing for smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a guest-centric approach, enhancing their overall experience during their stay.
• Adherence to Safety and Quality Standards: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant workplace. Uphold confidentiality and quality standards in all aspects of your role.
• Physical Demands: This role requires sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, and moving for extended periods. You will also be required to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
