We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. Key Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting regulations.
• Proven expertise in financial closing processes, General Ledger (GL) management, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
• Strong experience in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Familiarity with Zakat and Tax compliance requirements and filings.
• Proficiency in utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline accounting processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insightful reports.

Core Responsibilities

As the Accounting Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Financial Oversight: Manage the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely period-end closing processes.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Supervise AP and AR functions, including reconciliations and payment requests, to maintain optimal cash flow and vendor relationships.
• Cash Flow Management: Prepare and monitor detailed cash flow reports to support liquidity planning and financial stability.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Audit Coordination: Collaborate closely with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Compliance & Reporting: Oversee Zakat and Tax compliance, including accurate filings and adherence to local regulations. Ensure the preparation of precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, implement best practices, and leverage technology to drive operational excellence.
