Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our dynamic team at Al-Futtaim in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from inventory to fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items from warehouse inventory based on order specifications, ensuring all products are selected in the correct quantities and meet quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to locate and retrieve items efficiently, while maintaining accurate records of stock levels and locations to prevent discrepancies.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of picked items to ensure they are free from damage and meet the required standards before packing and dispatching.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations, resolve discrepancies, and meet daily productivity targets.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or scanners as required to facilitate efficient order picking and inventory management.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of picked orders, discrepancies, and inventory adjustments in the warehouse management system or through manual documentation as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners for order picking and inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 20-30 kg, with or without assistance.
• Basic mathematical skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities of picked items.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required by operational needs.
