Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Ensure Data Integrity and Accuracy: Collect, maintain, and update pricing-related data within our enterprise systems, ensuring consistency and reliability across all regional operations.
• Optimize Pricing Tools and Attributes: Monitor and manage item pricing tools and attributes across multiple countries, aligning them with market trends, supplier agreements, and regional pricing strategies.
• Enhance Product Variant Management: Create and manage robust linkages between item variants, including sizes, flavors, and private brands, to streamline inventory and pricing processes.
• Generate Insightful Reporting: Conduct monthly data assessments and prepare comprehensive country-level pricing reports to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen Supplier Relationships: Collaborate with local and international suppliers to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and vendor agreements, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with inventory, content, and operational teams to ensure accurate stock availability records and complete product information across all channels.
• Support Administrative Excellence: Provide administrative support, including record management, correspondence handling, meeting coordination, and office operations, to facilitate smooth workflows.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in retail, pricing strategies, or data management.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in pricing, data analysis, administrative support, or a related role, where you have honed your ability to manage large datasets, prepare reports, and collaborate across teams.
• Exceptional business communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and leadership.
• A keen eye for detail, with proficiency in handling complex datasets, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, allowing you to process information efficiently and contribute to strategic initiatives.
