Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Skilled Labor (Non-National) to join our dynamic team, providing critical on-site support to maintenance and operations crews. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of tasks such as material handling, site preparation, technical assistance, and housekeeping, all while strictly adhering to site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Skilled Labor (Non-National) will play a pivotal role in supporting maintenance and operational activities by performing the following duties:

• Technical Assistance: Provide hands-on support to technicians by holding, positioning, or passing tools, and assisting with lifting operations to ensure tasks are completed safely and accurately.
• Material Handling: Responsibly handle, move, and stage materials, spare parts, and equipment across work sites and designated laydown areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
• Site Preparation & Housekeeping: Erect necessary barriers, signage, and housekeeping controls to demarcate work zones and maintain a clean, orderly environment. Conduct post-job restoration to return work areas to their original condition.
• Support for Specialized Tasks: Assist scaffolding crews, provide rigging support (including managing tag lines), and perform manual excavation duties as directed by supervisors.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, work permit conditions, and supervisor instructions to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Incident Reporting: Promptly report any unsafe conditions, damaged tools, or incidents to supervisors to facilitate immediate corrective action and prevent potential hazards.

Qualifications & Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least four (4) years of relevant labor experience in industrial, construction, or oil & gas environments is highly preferred.
• Safety Awareness: A solid understanding of basic safety rules and the ability to follow instructions meticulously in a high-risk environment.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in challenging field conditions, including those specific to Saudi Arabia.
• Medical Eligibility: Must be medically fit and eligible to obtain a Saudi work visa (Iqama) to ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
