About the Role

As a Product Sales Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, guiding them through their vehicle discovery journey with expertise and enthusiasm. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from delivering compelling product presentations and conducting vehicle demonstrations to explaining advanced features such as vehicle technology, connectivity, safety systems, and charging solutions. You will also play a crucial role in educating customers about the benefits of electric vehicle ownership, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration and inquiry.
• Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and informative product presentations, highlighting the unique features, benefits, and innovations of our vehicle lineup.
• Technical Expertise: Explain complex vehicle features, including safety systems, connectivity options, charging solutions, and advanced technologies, in a clear and accessible manner.
• Customization Guidance: Assist customers in navigating vehicle models, trims, options, accessories, and personalization choices to tailor their purchase to their specific requirements.
• Digital Support: Facilitate online account registration and vehicle configuration, ensuring a seamless digital experience for customers.
• Sales Process Assistance: Support customers in completing the Expression of Interest (EOI) process, providing guidance and answering questions to facilitate their decision-making.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM systems to ensure follow-up and long-term engagement.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance the overall customer journey and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Event Participation: Support showroom events, product launches, roadshows, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Market Awareness: Stay abreast of new product launches, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Additional certifications or diplomas in automotive sales or related fields are advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record in customer experience, retail sales, or a related field.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and convey technical information in an accessible manner.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a broad customer base.
