Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of financial responsibilities, ensuring both operational efficiency and strategic foresight:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, delivering deep insights into performance trends, revenue streams, cost structures, and margin dynamics. Your variance analysis will not only highlight deviations from budgets but also propose data-backed recommendations to enhance financial health.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring they reflect both historical performance and future growth projections. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the organization’s financial roadmap and resource allocation strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Risk Assessment: Actively monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities. Your proactive approach will help safeguard financial stability while uncovering avenues for optimization and expansion.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Design and maintain financial dashboards and management presentations using advanced tools, ensuring stakeholders have real-time access to actionable insights. Your ability to translate complex data into intuitive visualizations will be a cornerstone of this role.
• Strategic Advisory: Conduct in-depth financial and business analyses to support high-level decision-making, evaluating project performance, investment feasibility, and long-term strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be sought after in crafting business cases and feasibility studies that align with organizational goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Accounting, Operations, Projects, and Management teams to ensure financial data integrity, confidentiality, and consistency. Your collaborative approach will foster a culture of transparency and accountability across the organization.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Execute timely and tailored financial analyses to address emerging needs, ensuring agility and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this position, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, analytical prowess, and a strategic outlook:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial statement analysis, advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas), and experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Familiarity with Power BI and financial dashboards is a significant advantage.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: A sharp, analytical mind with a knack for identifying trends, solving complex problems, and deriving actionable solutions from data.
• Communication & Presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial insights clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders. Strong presentation skills are essential for delivering compelling financial narratives.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong asset.

Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, certifications such as CFA, FMVA, or CMA, along with experience in industries like real estate, construction, engineering, or project-based companies, will further enhance your candidacy.
