Key Responsibilities:

You will play a central role in the following critical functions:

• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analyses, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations, and sensitivity scenario evaluations to assess investment viability and performance.
• Investment Research and Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive market research and due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, ensuring thorough evaluation of risks, returns, and strategic alignment with the firm’s objectives.
• Investment Memos and Reporting: Prepare concise, insightful investment memos and high-impact presentation materials tailored for both internal stakeholders and external partners, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Portfolio Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on portfolio performance on an ongoing basis, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
• Regulatory Compliance and Fund Structure Setup: Support the firm’s CMA licensing process and contribute to the establishment of compliant fund structures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in the investment sector. Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline, complemented by 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment, or a comparable field.
• Proven proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling, with the ability to create and interpret complex financial models and presentations in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CMA regulations and Saudi fund structures is highly advantageous, as it will enable you to contribute effectively to our licensing and compliance efforts.
• A commitment to professional development, evidenced by certifications such as CFA or CME-1 (or equivalent), though not mandatory, is a significant asset.
• Excellent command of English is essential, with Arabic fluency being a strong plus, given our regional focus.
• A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are equally important.
