Role Overview: Sales Marketing Executive – Sports Nutrition

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth within the sports nutrition sector. Your responsibilities will span strategic marketing planning, in-store activations, influencer collaborations, and competitive analysis, all aimed at enhancing our market presence and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Event & Promotional Execution: Plan, organize, and execute high-impact marketing events and promotional campaigns across gyms, retail stores, pharmacies, and other strategic venues to maximize brand exposure and consumer interaction.
• Influencer & Partner Coordination: Collaborate closely with fitness coaches, social media influencers, and key retail partners to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our core audience and drive measurable results.
• In-Store Activation & Education: Conduct engaging in-store promotional activities, product demonstrations, and educational sessions to inform customers about the benefits of our sports nutrition products, thereby boosting brand loyalty and sales.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Sales Team to support customer visits, marketing activations, and on-ground initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
• Brand Visibility & Compliance: Oversee the proper placement and visibility of marketing materials, brand displays, and promotional signage across retail outlets to maintain consistency and enhance brand recognition.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed activity reports with actionable recommendations to optimize brand performance and market positioning.
• Adaptability & Support: Demonstrate flexibility by supporting additional tasks and initiatives as assigned by management to contribute to the company’s overarching strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Nationality & Education: Must be a Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, or Event Management is highly preferred.
• Industry Passion: A strong passion for fitness and sports, coupled with a deep interest in sports nutrition and dietary supplements, is essential to effectively engage with our target audience.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, a talent for building and nurturing relationships, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Mobility & Availability: Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required to support field activities, events, and client engagements.
