Application Developer-UiPath

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Support & Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing enterprise automation solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 production support, developing advanced UiPath automations, and managing UiPath Orchestrator environments to ensure seamless business operations. Your expertise will be critical in driving efficiency, reliability, and scalability across our automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As an Application Developer specializing in UiPath, your core responsibilities will include:

• Production Support: Deliver expert Level 2 and Level 3 support for UiPath bots in production, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid incident resolution.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor Robots, Orchestrator, and automation workflows to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for production incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Automation Development: Design, develop, and enhance automation solutions using UiPath Studio and the REFramework to meet evolving business requirements.
• System Integration: Build robust integrations with enterprise systems, including SAP applications (S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, APIs, and other critical platforms.
• Document Processing & Automation: Support initiatives involving OCR, document processing, email automation, and workflow automation to streamline business processes.
• Orchestrator Management: Oversee UiPath Orchestrator configurations, including queues, assets, credentials, robot deployment, and scheduling to ensure optimal performance.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational runbooks to facilitate knowledge sharing and support team continuity. Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to align automation solutions with organizational goals and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development and support, with a proven track record in designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework, with the ability to develop complex workflows and integrations.
• Experience in SAP automation, including familiarity with platforms such as S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba, or SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in API integrations, web automation, OCR technologies, and Microsoft 365 tools to enhance automation capabilities.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• UiPath certification is a valuable asset and will be considered a plus.
