As a critical component of Saudi Vision 2030, ACMC is accelerating the global energy transition by localizing value chains and establishing Saudi Arabia as a global leader in vanadium supply—a vital material for energy storage and high-strength steel infrastructure. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial stability and operational success of a cutting-edge manufacturing enterprise.
ACMC is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Specialist to oversee cash flow management, banking operations, liquidity planning, and financing activities. This strategic position demands a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment while aligning financial strategies with long-term business growth. If you are passionate about optimizing financial performance and fostering strong banking relationships, we invite you to contribute your expertise to a transformative project shaping the future of energy and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
As the Treasury Specialist, your role will be instrumental in safeguarding ACMC’s financial health through:
- Strategic Treasury Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a robust treasury strategy that aligns with ACMC’s ambitious growth objectives and operational demands. Ensure that financial policies and liquidity planning support both short-term agility and long-term sustainability.

Prepare comprehensive treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, and liquidity analyses to empower data-driven decision-making.
- Operational Cash Optimization: Manage daily cash positions, optimize cash utilization, and execute fund transfers, investments, and treasury transactions in strict adherence to corporate policies. Leverage advanced financial tools to streamline working capital management, including monitoring receivables, payables, and cash conversion cycles.
- Debt and Loan Administration: Oversee all company loan facilities, including covenant monitoring, repayment schedules, and interest calculations. Act as the primary liaison with lenders to coordinate drawdowns, repayments, refinancing activities, and required reporting, ensuring full compliance with financing agreements.
- Banking Relationships and Financing Negotiations: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms. Act as the key point of contact for all treasury and banking matters, advocating for ACMC’s financial needs while negotiating optimal solutions.
- Financial Risk Mitigation: Assess and manage foreign exchange exposures, supporting hedging strategies where applicable. Ensure all treasury transactions comply with corporate policies, banking regulations, and KSA financial standards, including tax requirements and corporate governance.
- Audit and Compliance Support: Facilitate internal and external audit processes related to treasury, banking, and financing operations. Maintain meticulous records and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, lender obligations, and internal controls.
