Your Role as Assistant Industrial Engineer

As an Assistant Industrial Engineer at Lenovo, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the seamless delivery of high-quality products to our global customer base. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve manufacturing workflows, reducing bottlenecks and enhancing productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other industry best practices to drive continuous operational excellence.
• Leverage data analytics and industrial engineering tools to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support the design and implementation of new production systems, ensuring scalability and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
• Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot operational challenges and propose actionable solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to data-driven decision-making to enhance overall efficiency.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across production lines.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that align with Lenovo’s strategic goals.
