Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following critical tasks:

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, build, and optimize **.NET-based applications**, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability standards. Leverage modern frameworks like **ASP.NET Core** to create efficient, cloud-ready solutions.
• SharePoint Solutions Architecture: Lead the development of **custom SharePoint solutions**, including intranets, portals, and collaborative platforms. Ensure seamless integration with **Microsoft 365** and other enterprise tools to enhance productivity.
• Database Design and Optimization: Work with relational databases (such as SQL Server) to design schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize performance for high-traffic applications.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with business analysts, project managers, and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Implement DevOps Practices: Adopt **CI/CD pipelines**, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles to streamline development workflows and ensure rapid, reliable deployments.
• Enhance Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for **data security**, access control, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO standards) in all development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:

• Database Management: Experience with **SQL Server**, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
• DevOps and Cloud: Familiarity with **Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes**, and cloud platforms (**Azure, AWS**). Knowledge of **Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)** tools like Terraform is an advantage.
