Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems analysis, documentation, and the preparation of System Requirements Specifications (SRS). This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Analysis & Documentation: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems to identify areas for improvement, enhancement, or redevelopment, aligning solutions with the entity’s strategic objectives.
• SRS Preparation: Develop comprehensive System Requirements Specification (SRS) documents that clearly outline functional and non-functional requirements for system development projects.
• Solution Design: Create intuitive solution screens using wireframing tools to visualize user interfaces and workflows, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Database Proficiency: Demonstrate a deep understanding of database structures, relationships, and management to support system design and optimization efforts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure project success.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current systems and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in systems analysis, with a proven track record in documenting and implementing technical solutions.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in preparing System Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents.
  • Proficiency in using wireframing tools such as Figma to design solution screens.
  • Strong understanding of database structures, relationships, and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with workflow diagramming tools, including Microsoft Visio.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Additional Requirements: Candidates must successfully pass a technical interview conducted by our specialists to validate their expertise.
