As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of this mission, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to integrate filtration solutions into medical devices and healthcare systems. Your work will directly support the development of safer, more efficient medical technologies and improve clinical environments worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Grow and Manage Customer Relationships: Cultivate and expand relationships with medical device manufacturers, hospitals, and distributors to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with Cytiva’s commercial priorities and customer needs.
• Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business avenues, particularly in OEM applications where filtration components are integrated into medical devices. Collaborate with technical teams to support product selection, evaluation, and design-in activities.
• Engage with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with manufacturers’ technical, product development, and procurement teams, as well as hospital stakeholders such as clinical teams, infection prevention specialists, and procurement officers. Translate complex technical features into clear customer value propositions.
• Support Distributor Performance: Enhance distributor effectiveness through joint customer visits, product training, opportunity reviews, and coordinated sales initiatives. Ensure distributors are equipped to represent Cytiva’s solutions effectively in the market.
• Drive Sales Excellence: Manage the sales pipeline, prepare accurate quotations and forecasts, and maintain meticulous CRM records. Share market insights and ensure compliance with Cytiva’s policies and procedures.

Who You Are

To thrive in this role, you will bring a blend of technical acumen and commercial expertise. We are seeking a candidate with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific or technical field.
• Several years of experience in sales or account management within the medical devices, hospital solutions, or medical filtration sectors.
• A proven track record in managing customer and/or distributor relationships, with a deep understanding of hospital purchasing processes and/or the technical and commercial requirements of medical device manufacturers.
• The ability to articulate technical product features as tangible customer benefits and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive solution selection and evaluation.
• Strong account planning, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience working in matrix organizations or cross-functional environments.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Desirable Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following experience will enhance your candidacy:

• Hands-on experience with filtration technologies, membranes, infusion therapy, respiratory care, or hospital water filtration.
• Exposure to OEM sales, medical device development, or participation in technical design-in projects.
